Meet Your Transformational Coach
I am Inderjit, a Transformational Coach and medical doctor with over 20 years of experience. After years of putting others first, coaching helped me discover the importance of self care and self compassion. That experience inspired me to support others through their own personal and professional challenges.
The Journey
I’m Inderjit, a Transformational Coach and GP working in the NHS.
Â
After experiencing personal challenges and the pressure of working in a leadership role, I began to recognise that I was approaching burnout. I knew something needed to change, which led me to coaching and a deeper understanding of myself.
Â
My own transformational journey inspired me to become a Transformational Coach. The experience made such a difference to my personal and professional life. I recognised that many other people in leadership may be facing similar challenges, and I wanted to support them in creating meaningful change for themselves.
Â
My personal values of kindness, honesty, gratitude, humility and a love of learning shape how I show up in the coaching room.  I bring warmth, openness and curiosity to each conversation, creating a space where you can speak freely and explore what matters to you. I trust your ability to understand yourself and choose your own way forward.

Daya Transformational Coaching grew from my own experience of learning to slow down, reflect and reconnect with myself. I now help others on their own journey towards greater self care and self compassion.
